Registration for the 2016 Faithwalkers conference is a two-part process. Please complete both steps below to register. You will not be fully registered until both steps are complete.

  • Step One: Register & pay for the conference
  • Step Two: Choose & pay for your housing & meal options

Step 1:  Conference Registration

Part one -- registering for the conference itself -- is handled independently of Grace by Great Commission Churches. Grace is not responsible for the collection of conference registration fees, which are separate from the cost of housing and meals. Please click "Conference Registration" below to open a new window and complete this step of your Faithwalkers registration.

Free Registration for Parents attending with Children Age 14-25 – Registration for the Faithwalkers East conference is free for couples and individual parents whose child (age 14-25) attends the conference. Registration is free for the parent(s) only. The parent’s child (age 14-25 years) needs to register, according to his/her age.

Please Note: The couples rate is not available for engaged couples. It only applies for couples who are married before December 30th, 2016.

Please Note: If you cancel your registration, GCC reserves the right to retain the registration fee if GCC incurs expenses as a result of your registration.

Step 2: Housing & Meal Options

Each person attending will need to choose one of the following housing options and follow the instructions provided below.

Option 1: Claim a spot in Grace's housing block

Grace Housing Block Signup Deadline: Dec 11

Only single individuals are eligible to stay in our conference housing block, which is located in the Royal Gorge youth dormitories on Ridgecrest's campus. These rooms can house between 6-9 individuals on bunk style beds. The rooms that are designed to hold up to 9 people also feature one (1) queen bed and sometimes (1) rollaway bed. If you would like to choose this option, please click "Housing & Meals Registration" below to open a new window and complete this step of your Faithwalkers registration.

If you do not have a my.Grace account yet, just click "Sign Up" in the lower right hand corner of the login screen that will come up in order to create an account. Then return here if needed to get back to the registration link.

Here are a few other important details to keep in mind:

  • We are happy to accept roommate requests but make no commitment, implied or otherwise, to fulfill any such request, except in cases where family members wish to stay in the same room or cases where there is a substantiated need. (Personal preference does not necessarily qualify as a substantiated need.)
  • Priority of placement in our housing block is given to those who have registered AND paid for a spot. We operate on a first-come, first-served basis. A verbal commitment to attend Faithwalkers and/or register for a spot in our housing block is not sufficient to secure a spot in our housing block.
  • Although we welcome individuals from other churches to stay in our housing block, priority will be given to individuals from Grace and our sister churches in Charlotte and Wilmington.

As part of our housing package, the following meal plan options are available at Ridgecrest's dining hall. After Dec. 11, only limited space will be available and prices will increase $20 from those listed below:

  • Full Meal Plan (3 meals each day)  $174
  • Two-a-day Meal Plan (Lunch & Dinner Only)  $147
  • No Meal Plan -- You will be responsible for providing your own meals  $75

Please Note: The first meal begins with breakfast Friday, December 30th, and meals end with dinner on Sunday, January 1st.

Please Note: If you do not participate in a meal plan, you are not allowed to eat in the cafeteria. Ridgecrest does not allow outside food to be brought into the cafeteria (unless purchased at Ridgecrest's Centennial Grill, which has varying hours).

Option 2: Make a reservation at Ridgecrest

The following conference registrants will be responsible for making their own housing arrangements for the Faithwalkers conference:

  • Couples, with or without children
  • Single individuals who wish to stay in the Mountain Laurel or Pritchell hotels (or other accommodations) at Ridgecrest
  • Single individuals planning to attend only part of the Faithwalkers conference

To contact Ridgecrest Reservations directly, please call 1-800-588-7222.

Option 3: Commute to Ridgecrest

If you plan to stay with friends or family or in a private hotel outside of the Ridgecrest campus, please take note of the following:

  • Ridgecrest Conference Center requires anyone commuting to Faithwalkers to pay a one-time facility usage fee of $12/day or $25 for the whole conference. This fee should be paid directly to Ridgecrest at the front desk.
  • Individual meal tickets for the Ridgecrest cafeteria may be purchased at the front desk in Pritchell Hall.
  • Commuting does not exempt you from paying a registration fee for Faithwalkers. The cost of registration for commuters is $15 for the first day and $10/day after that. Registration fees are payable to Great Commission Churches. Please call the Great Commission Churches office at 614-840-9900 to get your commuter registration code.

For any other questions related to Faithwalkers, please contact Jordan Cooke.
